I stayed in the hotel for straight 35 nights (over a month) in this hotel, which itself is testimony to the fact that I liked so many things about this hotel. The location is excellent as it is bang opposite to Addison Transit Station (very helpful for those without a car) surrounded with so many great restaurants and a beautiful park, all within walking distances. The room itself was great because it was spacious with large windows, very comfortable bed, clean and well-maintained bath, and efficient, diligent, well-mannered housekeeping staff. They also provide unlimited coffee and drinking water with ice at the lobby 24/7, which is pretty awesome. This review would not be complete if I fail to mention the two outstanding staff "Bridget and Judy" at the front desk. They are so warm, welcoming, conscientious, thoughtful, patient, helpful, and pleasing. You have two winners in them. If you have such great staff managing the reception, you will have customers and guests wanting to come back again and again.

When we arrived there was only 1 employee and she was not very friendly. She was with another customer for about 15 minutes so we had to wait to check in. The room has a red ottoman that was all pealed and very worn. They were better off taking it out the room and is made the hotel look run down. The shower was small. For the price this was decent, I would not stay here again.

Room was clean staff was friendly and checkin and checkout were both seamless. The elevator was very quick and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the tv was a good size and the channel options were ideal.

the experience it was good. Breakfast it was not good unfortunately a bit poor for the Radisson aspectative. The transport unfortunately to arrive there were very very expensive.

Breakfast was good, hash browns were a bit raw but overall everything was good. I loved the cleanliness of my room and the whole hotel. Staff was so sweet and kind.
